Your order
Orders are generally shipped through TNT Post within 2 weeks after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage costs. Handling costs are fixed; package and postage costs depend on the size and the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to collect all of your items in one order. We are unable to combine two separate orders once they've been place and for each order, separate shipping costs will be charged. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but fragile products are treated with extra care.
The boxes in which your order(s) will be sent are spacious, and your articles are well protected.
Returns / Revocations
You have the right to return your order. In accordance with the legislation in this field, you can do so without reason. This service only applies to consumers, not to companies.
The return policy is subject to the following conditions:
* You are required to notify TracPartz of the pending return of your order within 14 working days after receipt and prior to the actual return.
* The product needs to be returned within 14 days after receipt.
* To product needs to be returned in it's original packaging if possible.
* The shipping costs of the return shipment will be for your own account
* After the return has been received by us, we'll send you a return receipt confirmation.
* The total amount of the shipment will be deposited on your bank account.
* The revocation right does not apply to items that have specifically been fabricated for you.
